Some tips Edit

• You don't have to have 1 Emergency Doctor on 1 victim. If you have 2 victims and 1Emergency Doctor you don't need another Emergency Doctor. The Emergency Doctor will stabulaze first victim and then treat the other.
• If you have many victims, bring them to safe location and send your Emergency Doctors to that location that's better! You will see.
• Prevent fires from spreading! The objects that got on fire extinguish them first! Then get back to other burning locations. That will prevent fire from going 'loco'
• Keep your vehicles from fire and gun shots and boats from swimming objects. That will avoid material damage. Only Hydro Tank can enter burning areas and Special Carrier into shooting area
• Keep your personnel from danger. Enter smoke areas only with firefighters with breething equipment or if you need to enter any other personnel into smoke then do it fast!
• Think before doing! Do the tasks in the safe order, so your personnel is working safe. If you have casualty situation and fires messing the work, extinguish fires and then proceed with victims, but DO IT QUICKLY!
• If you have Itensive Care Ambulance (ICA) you don't need to wait until victims health is full. On victim's screen at the top - left corner you see two - one ambulance, second helicopter. If they're are black-and-white then the victim will die in transport, so wait unitl these icons are red and white and then put them into the ambulance. But leave one emergency doctor in the ICA so they health bar reaches full.
• Use Quicksave! If you can't finish a mission in one place, make quicksave with F5 before the hard pard comes then if you fail just press F9 and you willl return where you have saved.
• Use stun greandes! Throw a stun grenade on armed persons, they will be blinded for 5 seconds and easy to arrest. But do it quickly!
